The OLV+ Complex is ZAIIE's proprietary blend of olive oil, olive squalane, olive leaf extract, bisabolol, and ceramide NP. Found in every ZAIIE formula, it helps hydrate, soothe, and support the skin barrier while enhancing the comfort, wear, and performance of our products.

All ZAIIE products are developed in collaboration with cosmetic chemists, dermatologist reviewed, and thoughtfully formulated to be suitable for all skin types. Complete ingredient lists can be found on each product page. If you have specific sensitivities or concerns, we recommend performing a patch test before use or reviewing the ingredient list with your healthcare provider.

All ZAIIE products, with the exception of Lip Press, are fragrance-free. Lip Press contains a naturally derived fragrance for a subtle scent while you wear it, and is formulated to meet cosmetic safety standards. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from hi@zaiie.com when your order has been shipped. 

Please allow for up to 8 business days for standard shipping within the continental U.S., 3 business days for express shipping, and 14 business days for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO.

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, which means changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed.

We ship to the continental U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO.

Orders shipped within the U.S. are sent via DHL for $8, with estimated delivery within 8 business days following fulfillment. Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on orders over $75. 

For orders within the continental U.S., Express Shipping via FedEx is available for $16, with estimated delivery within 3 business days following fulfillment.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS for $13, with estimated delivery within 14 business days following fulfillment.

Unfortunately ZAIIE does not currently ship internationally. We’re planning to be available in additional countries in the future. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available!

To initiate a return, please contact us and include your order number, the items you’d like to return, along with a brief description.

Once your return request has been received and approved, please allow 2–4 weeks for your return and any associated refund to be processed.

We hope you love your ZAIIE products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on products purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us and include your order number, the items you’d like to return, along with a brief description. 

Once your return request has been received and approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Refunds are typically processed within 2–4 weeks. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
